1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) apply to all orders placed by adult consumers on the online store campdebasefarzen.com. By placing an order, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms.
2. Products and Pricing
Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) for customers in the Eurozone. For customers in the European Union outside the Eurozone (e.g. Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark), prices may be displayed in their local currency. For customers outside the EU, prices may be displayed in local currency, and customs duties or import taxes may apply — these are the sole responsibility of the customer.
FARZEN reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
3. Order and Payment
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Sofort, iDEAL, EPS Payments, Bancontact.
The order is confirmed upon successful payment validation. A confirmation email is sent to the customer.
4. Delivery
Delivery conditions, timeframes, and covered areas are detailed in the Shipping Policy available on the site. Delivery is offered worldwide. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon physical receipt of the parcel.
5. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.
As a commercial gesture, FARZEN offers an extended return period of 45 to 60 calendar days depending on the destination (see Return Policy). This commercial gesture does not replace the customer’s statutory rights but complements them.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to contact@campdebasefarzen.com before the applicable deadline expires. The withdrawal form below may be used:

6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt of the compliant return, via the original payment method. In the event that the contractual delivery deadline is exceeded, a full refund is available without requiring the return of the parcel (see Return Policy).
7. Statutory Warranties
The customer benefits from the following statutory warranties:
- Warranty of conformity — Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code
- Warranty against hidden defects — Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code
8. Liability
FARZEN’s liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. FARZEN shall not be held liable for delays attributable to carriers, customs services, or exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
9. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the site, in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
10. Intellectual Property
All texts, logos, and graphics on the site are the exclusive property of Les Fans de Winona and are protected by intellectual property law. Product images are provided under licence by our logistics partners (CJ Dropshipping) and remain the property of their respective authors. Any reproduction without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.
