1. PURPOSE

These Terms of Service (ToS) define the terms and conditions of access to and use of the site campdebasefarzen.com. Any access to the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these ToS.

2. ACCESS TO THE SITE

The site is accessible 24/7, except for interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure. The FARZEN store cannot be held responsible for service interruptions caused by external factors.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) for customers in the euro zone. For customers in the European Union outside the euro zone (e.g. Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark…), prices may be displayed in their local currency. For customers outside the EU, prices may be displayed in local currency and customs duties or import taxes may apply, at their exclusive expense. Accepted payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Sofort, iDEAL, EPS Payments, Bancontact.

4. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF RISK

Delivery conditions are detailed in the Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the product is transferred to the customer upon physical receipt of the parcel.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order.

As a commercial gesture, the FARZEN store offers an extended period of 45 to 60 calendar days depending on the destination (see Return Policy). This commercial gesture does not replace the consumer's legal rights.

To exercise this right, the customer contacts customer service by email at contact@campdebasefarzen.com before the applicable deadline expires.

6. LEGAL WARRANTIES

The customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

7. PERSONAL DATA

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the site, in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

8. COOKIES

The site uses cookies for navigation, analytics, and marketing purposes. The user can configure their browser to refuse cookies, which may affect certain features of the site.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The texts, logos, and graphics on the site are the exclusive property of Les Fans de Winona and are protected by intellectual property law. Product images are provided under licence by our logistics partners (CJ Dropshipping) and remain the property of their respective authors. Any reproduction without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.

10. LIABILITY

The FARZEN store cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the inability to access it. The information on the site is provided for informational purposes only and may be modified without notice.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction. The customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
